Easing the Transition
Too many veterans return from military service to civilian life without direction or assistance. Our objective is to help veterans in their transition from military service to civilian employment. Our programs take the skills acquired during military service and applies them to meet the needs of employers. Our staff is comprised primarily of Military Veterans who have gone through similar experiences and will work with you personally to guide you in the right direction. We work with various organizations that assist US Military Veterans with employment costs that may include: Training costs, suit jacket and pants, boots, tactical belt, tactical pants, transportation, housing, etc.
"I've been in Executive Protection here in LA since returning from a tour in Iraq in 2005. I think a lot of people who are interested in this field are under the misconception that being a cop, soldier or bouncer will give them all the tools they need to be effective in the EP field. Far from it. These jobs may provide a foundation but they don't provide a true understanding of the dynamics of Executive Protection. Your course was a good introduction to the ins and outs (and potential pitfalls) of EP work. Whether or not someone is new to the field or, like me, just trying to maintain perishable skills, I highly recommend this course.”

Sources of Funding
- Montgomery GI Bill® Active Duty (MGIB-AD) - For active duty members who enroll and pay $100 per month for 12 months and are then entitled to receive a monthly education benefit once they have completed a minimum service obligation.
- Montgomery GI Bill® Selected Reserve (MGIB-SR) - For Reservists with a six-year obligation in the Selected Reserve who are actively drilling.
- California State Approving Agency for Veterans Education (CSAAVE) - The CSAAVE mission is to protect the GI Bill® by preventing waste, fraud and abuse of GI Bill® money, by promoting quality education through evaluating and monitoring education and training programs offered in California.
Post 9/11 GI Bill®
If you have at least 90 days of aggregate active duty service after Sept. 10, 2001, and are still on active duty, or if you are an honorably discharged Veteran or were discharged with a service-connected disability after 30 days, you may be eligible for this VA-administered program. Whether you want to apply your GI Bill® benefits to college classes or an on-the-job training program, the GI Bill® Comparison Tool will help you make the most of them.
Benefits and Eligibility
For approved programs, the Post-9/11 GI Bill® provides up to 36 months of education benefits, generally payable for 15 years following your release from active duty. Institutions of higher learning participating in the Yellow Ribbon Program may make additional funds available for your education program without an additional charge to your GI Bill® entitlement. The following payments may also be available:
- Monthly housing allowance
- Annual books and supplies stipend
- One-time rural benefit payment

Receive Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from the VA
